Goal: Increase sales through website development, design of business identity materials, advertising program and improved customer service.

Method:

-Designed website, logo and business cards.

-Developed customer retention program including punch-card incentive and mailings.

-Feature article in local newspaper.

-Consultation regarding business practices and customer experience.

 

Result:

Increased returning customer base from 20% to 60%. Increased foot traffic and sales which increased store value and prepared it for sale at a profit.
